April:

Chartreuse Tasting Session

Chartreuse Tasting Session

First produced in 1737, Chartreuse is one of the oldest liqueurs in the world, and is the only one still made by monks. On Thursday 18th April, our friends from Spirit Platform will be treating you to a tasting of some rare Chartreuse and we’ll be offering some Lay Low twists on classic Chartreuse cocktails.

Date: Thursday 18th April 2019
Time: Tastings 6-9pm, cocktail specials all night

No ticket required, just turn up.

Luxsmith Copper Pot Lay Low Bar Progressive Dinner

LUX/POT/LOW ‘Tastebuds on Tour’ Dinner - SOLD OUT -

Enjoy first bites at your starting point (Copper Pot or Luxsmith) then switch things up for the next course at the opposite venue. Last stop is Lay Low to end the night, where dessert canapés will be matched with a cocktail. We’ve timed this year’s tour to fall on Anzac Day Eve which makes settling in for the night at Lay Low that much easier – we’ll be serving up whisky flights and sticky wine extras for those who want to kick on and make a night of it.

Date: Wednesday 24th April 2019
Price: $120 per person
Time: 6pm
